The wife and I purchased a fridge from Appliances Direct recently and we were very happy with the service we received. The purchase was hassle free and we got a great deal. The store went so far as to tell us that the City of Redding was offering a rebate at the time for our utility bill. They even filled out the form for the rebate for us. That’s $100.00 I would not have received had I gone to Best Buy or Sears. I highly recommend this store. Matt Lord

My wife and I have used Appliances Direct of Redding for years for our home and rentals. They always have the best prices and great service. One time while on vacation, a tenant had text me letting me know the dishwasher went out and wanted it fixed asap. I called Appliances Direct…this was their reply “Enjoy your vacation, we will take care of it.” Now that’s what I call service! My wife and I had a GREAT vacation.
